Seems the rumors going around are that Behr paint is being courted by BASF. Is this good news for the comsumer? Will the quality of Behr paint be maintained? Behr Paint is an exceptional product, hope a large comglomerate like BASF doesn't go and screw it up for every body. So it seems the big fish, keep on eating the little fish and we the consumer stand to lose in the end. So how is an automotive paint company going to figure out how to run a business that they have little expertise in. Looks like we may all lose. 35b2668

..."Behr paint is an exceptional paint"... yes, an exceptionally horrible paint and stain, and their whole line has gone to the birds. I don't think anyone should try to maintain what they are currently offering as paint, it should be downgraded and taken off the market. But Home Depot has the power to pimp even the worst stuff if they so chose.

Behr is owned by Masco, another large conglomerate, which owns Delta and Peerless.
